We have an immediate need for temporary Data Entry Associates at a leading organization conveniently located in Philadelphia. This position is expected to last 3-4 months or so, possibly longer.
Job Duties Include:

Assist with completing entry of online membership applications

Entering membership information for print applications

Assist with creating records for membership activation

Updating member contact information
-
Completing data entry in member records
-
Providing invoices, benefit fulfillment, etc.

Data integrity/clean-up
Job Requirements Include:

Ability to input data quickly and accurately
-
Ensures accuracy when entering large volumes of information.

Ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in data
-
Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data manipulation, Data cleanup)

Salesforce experience a plus

Experience in a Windows environment (not MAC)

Experience with Power BI a plus
