Data Entry Specialist

Lisle, IL (Onsite)

Pay: $18/hour

12+ Month Contract

Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and maintain information in company databases and tracking systems
  • Enter and validate contract and partner information for accuracy and completeness
  • Track agreement statuses and renewal dates
  • Scan, upload, and organize documentation
  • Generate reports and assist with data audits
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding missing or updated information
  • Support compliance documentation and recordkeeping activities
  • Assist with administrative projects and process improvements
  • Provide general system support and data maintenance

Qualifications

  • Strong data entry and administrative skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or document management systems preferred
  • Customer service, administrative, data entry, or records management experience welcome
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
