Pay: $18/hour
12+ Month Contract
Responsibilities
-
Review, update, and maintain information in company databases and tracking systems

Enter and validate contract and partner information for accuracy and completeness

Track agreement statuses and renewal dates

Scan, upload, and organize documentation

Generate reports and assist with data audits
-
Communicate with internal teams regarding missing or updated information

Support compliance documentation and recordkeeping activities

Assist with administrative projects and process improvements

Provide general system support and data maintenance
Qualifications
-
Strong data entry and administrative skills
-
Experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
-
Ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or document management systems preferred

Customer service, administrative, data entry, or records management experience welcome

Bachelor's degree preferred
