About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist with a strong aptitude

for science, technology and computer systems. This position is responsible for accurately

entering and updating documents while supporting various administrative, scientific and

technology-related tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, learns new software quickly,

and takes pride in maintaining accurate data.

Key Responsibilities

● Accurately enter, update, and verify information in databases, documents and software

platforms.

● Review documents, applications, and records for completeness and accuracy.

● Maintain digital records.

● Perform quality control checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.

● Generate reports and spreadsheets as needed.

● Support manager with administrative and technology-related projects.

● Troubleshoot minor software, hardware, and system issues when needed.

● Learn and utilize multiple company software platforms efficiently.

Qualifications

Required:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience.

● Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.

● Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
