Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-time)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our US client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent English communication skills, and proven experience with Google Workspace tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Access, and the ability to enter and manage data in accounting software like Tally, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, validate, and update data in Google Sheets and other databases.
• Transfer and organize information across Google Sheets, Drive, and related tools.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of records.
• Assist with document filing, tracking, and general administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively to support smooth workflow and coordination.
• Enter and manage data in accounting software such as Tally.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Arts (B.A.) required.

Technical Skills:

• Fast and accurate typing speed.
• Excellent English oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Experience with accounting software like Tally.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in data entry or related roles.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements

• Must be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• Age limit: Up to 30 years.
