Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company systems with 100% accuracy
- Maintain and organize spreadsheets, files, and databases
- Verify data, correct errors, and ensure consistent quality
- Prepare and update daily reports and logs
- Manage confidential information securely
- Provide administrative support when required
- Meet daily and weekly data entry deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong typing speed with zero-error data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
