Responsibilities

* Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and computer systems from various source documents.

* Review data for errors, deficiencies, or inconsistencies, and perform necessary corrections to ensure high-quality information.

* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

* Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies at all times.

* Organise and manage files and documents effectively.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure data is collected and entered in a timely and efficient manner.

* Provide general administrative support as required.



Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.

* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is an asset.

* A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
