Data Entry Specialist - Vendor Listings (Remote, US Hours)

Jab We Wed (JWW) is a growing online marketplace connecting South Asian wedding vendors with couples across North America. We're hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to help us rapidly build out our vendor directory.

What you'll do:

• Take vendor information collected by our sales team (business name, category, pricing, photos, key details)
• Use provided templates/tools to create polished vendor profiles on our platform
• Upload photos and format listings to match our style guide
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across 35-45 profiles per day
• Flag missing or unclear info back to the sales team

What we're looking for:

• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume data entry
• Basic familiarity with CMS/CRM tools (HubSpot a plus, not required)
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to hit daily targets
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, starting 8 PM PKT onwards (aligned with US business hours)
