Data Entry & Tender Executive – GeM Portal
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Tender Executive responsible for managing product listings, bids, tenders, and documentation on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The role requires accuracy, compliance awareness, and timely submission of bids and tenders.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeM Portal Operations
- Create, update, and manage product/service listings on the GeM portal
- Upload product specifications, images, pricing, and compliance documents
- Monitor BOQ, BID, and L1/L2 bids regularly
Tender & Bid Management
- Search, analyze, and evaluate relevant tenders/bids on GeM
- Prepare and submit bids, tenders, and quotations within deadlines
- Coordinate for EMD, security deposit, and compliance documents
- Track tender status, clarifications, and bid results
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of orders, bids, tenders, invoices, and contracts
- Ensure all submissions comply with GeM, government, and company policies
- Handle buyer queries, clarifications, and revisions on the portal
Data Entry & Reporting
- Perform accurate data entry of orders, invoices, and delivery details
- Generate regular reports on bids, tenders, wins, losses, and order status
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years experience working on GeM Portal
- Strong knowledge of GeM bidding, tendering, and order processing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation tools
- Good understanding of government procurement processes
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BOQ / Custom Bids / Reverse Auctions
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and compliance norms
- Good written communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
