We are looking for a Data Entry Trainee who will also support the CEO as a Personal Assistant. This is an entry-level role, ideal for freshers who have good computer knowledge and are willing to learn. The role involves data entry, documentation, email handling, and basic administrative support.
This is not a data science or programming role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in Excel sheets and internal records
- Prepare and manage documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Maintain digital files and records in an organized manner
- Perform basic online research and data verification
- Assist in email-related tasks such as email data collection and list updates
Personal Assistant Support
- Manage and organize the CEO’s emails and basic communications
- Assist in scheduling meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
- Prepare simple reports, notes, and presentations when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for routine tasks
- Support basic office administration work as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using computers and Windows OS
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic email handling knowledge
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
