As a Social Media Marketing Manager at NAJAM AL BALAD DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES LLC, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business objectives. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand across various social media platforms. This role is integral to our overall marketing strategy and requires a creative, analytical, and strategic thinker who can leverage social media to achieve business goals.

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation in social media.

Content Creation and Management:

Create compelling and shareable content across all social media platforms.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging content.

Manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule.

Community Engagement:

Foster and grow a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.

Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with relevant conversations.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.

Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.

Proactively recommend and implement new strategies to keep the company's social media presence innovative and relevant.

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a successful track record in managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
