The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role ensures that all data is entered quickly, correctly, and securely, supporting daily operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.
  • Retrieve data as requested for various departments.
  • Ensure data integrity and security policies are followed.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and record keeping as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
