Bookkeeper/Data Entry Assistant
Our company is seeking a well rounded individual with experience in a small office environment. This person will be supporting our controller in the functions of purchasing, invoicing, receiving inventory from vendors and invoicing customers. This person should understand inventory and how it functions from an accounting perspective. This person must also have experience with general AP/AR in order to support our controller as well as ERP experience (NetSuite ERP a plus).

We are a small 25 person family run distribution company located in Newburyport, MA. Our company manufactures and distributes high-end handbag and accessory hardware to both large international brands and small domestic manufacturers. We have been in business for 75 years.
