We're looking for a motivated candidate with great customer service to join our team. Our Data Entry Specialist will be an essential member of the team, ensuring that our clients receive the products that they need through interaction with suppliers, both foreign and domestic, maintaining pricing and delivery schedules and interacting with internal personnel as a liaison between supply orders and customer orders.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Liaise with customers and or sales team for finalizing purchase orders / sales orders.
• Prepare / verify purchasing documents including, invoices, payments, and logistics, and highlight discrepancies immediately.
• Follow-through with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries.
• Review and update customer/vendor information.
• Submit and track purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Examine shipping information.
• Maintain business system integrity regarding supply orders.
• Review and resolve customer invoice discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma (or above) with preferably 2+ years of purchasing / shipping experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Confident communicator, liaising with numerous people at all levels within the business
• Basic knowledge of accounting and/or logistics
• Willingness to learn, take on added responsibilities for the company and personal growth
• Team-player, self-motivated, objective-oriented, strong sense of commitment and responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
