Responsibilities
- Seamlessly filling orders with accuracy using Excel and other Sage Business Works Software (will train) 70-85%
- Print & Process orders from an online portal
- Processing Inventory, Back Orders and more
- Phone Orders
- Customer Service
- Other assignments as needed
Requirements
- 3 years Experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes
- Has a “whatever it takes” attitude
- Self-directed and flexible, enjoys working in a fast-pace challenging environment
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once, all while ensuring accuracy of orders
Full-time - Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
