Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Seamlessly filling orders with accuracy using Excel and other Sage Business Works Software (will train) 70-85%
  • Print & Process orders from an online portal
  • Processing Inventory, Back Orders and more
  • Phone Orders
  • Customer Service
  • Other assignments as needed

Requirements

  • 3 years Experience
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes
  • Has a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Self-directed and flexible, enjoys working in a fast-pace challenging environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once, all while ensuring accuracy of orders

Full-time - Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

No Health Insurance is offered, 401k is offered after 1 year
