Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Transcribe documents and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Utilize Excel for data management, including the creation of pivot tables for reporting purposes.
- Process order entries and track status updates within our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, with a strong emphasis on clerical duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data entry systems and order processing software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
