Job Description

UMA International Couriers is hiring Data Entry & Telecalling Executives to support our daily courier operations. The role involves accurate data entry of shipment details and calling customers to confirm and verify their information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and shipment details accurately into the system
• Make outbound calls to customers to confirm pickup, address, and shipment details
• Verify customer information and resolve basic queries
• Maintain proper records of calls and data entries
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth courier operations
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge (data entry, MS Excel, email)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
• Clear speaking ability and professional phone etiquette
• Attention to detail
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Experience in data entry or telecalling is an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM - 08:00 PM)
