Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Analyze data trends to support business strategy and performance tracking.
- Prepare dashboards using tools like Advance Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide required data and reports.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience in data entry, data cleaning, and data management.
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL/MySQL) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
