to generate high-quality lead lists for our IT services company. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in lead generation for
IT service-based businesses
(not product companies), and must be able to work
independently
, delivering between
500 to 1000 qualified contacts daily
using
primarily free tools

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate or work independently to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).

Conduct deep market research to identify potential clients across the USA in the IT services and software consultancy domain.

Extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including:

Company name and website
-
Contact person’s name and job title (e.g., CTOs, CIOs, Founders, Heads of Digital, Product Managers)

Verified business email addresses
-
LinkedIn profile URLs
-
Company size, industry, and location
-
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, or other cost-effective/free platforms.

Organize and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.

Ensure all data collection is GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant.
Requirements

Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies targeting the USA market.

Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, etc.

Ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily, leveraging mostly free tools to minimize cost.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
