To strengthen our team in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Data & Financial Modeler to support decision-making through advanced analytics and financial modeling.

Role Overview

The Data & Financial Modeler will be responsible for building financial models, analyzing datasets, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and strategy teams to align insights with organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial modeling practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in data analysis and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial modeling, data analysis, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools; experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights in complex organizations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO2,100.000 per month
