This role will work closely with the General Manager of Data Governance & Deprecation to implement and maintain data governance policies, standards, and practices that ensure data quality, protection, and compliance across the enterprise.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Assist in developing and implementing data governance policies, standards, and proceduresConduct data quality assessments and develop improvement strategiesSupport the creation and maintenance of data inventories and enterprise information mapsCollaborate with business units to identify data stewards and clarify data ownershipAnalyze and document data flows, data lineage, and metadataAssist in the development and tracking of data governance metrics and KPIsSupport compliance efforts related to data protection regulationsContribute to the creation of data governance training materials and documentationParticipate in data governance committee meetings and initiatives
