Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and standards

Define data ownership and stewardship roles and responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance workflows and processes

Conduct data quality assessments and define metrics and KPIs to monitor data quality

Design and implement data governance training programs to raise awareness and promote adherence to data governance practices

Develop and maintain data catalogues and metadata repositories

Identify data security and privacy risks and implement appropriate controls

Monitor and enforce data governance policies and procedures

Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on data governance best practices

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data governance
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience as a Data Governance Consultant or in a similar role

Strong understanding of data governance principles and methodologies

Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies

Knowledge of data quality management practices and metrics

Familiarity with data catalogues and metadata management tools

Understanding of data security and privacy regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
