This role supports the Residential Lending team by mainly performing document preparation and scanning tasks. The Data Imaging Advisor often specializes in duties, such as managing record-keeping, maintaining data archives and scanning documents into one or more systems. They are responsible for preparing and scanning paper documents for conversion to electronic images, as well as data entry and quality control audits. They will use knowledge of Real Estate Documents, extract and interpret information from a variety of source documents indexed. They will review input/output data to verify completeness, accuracy and conformance to quality standards and specifications. Communicate effectively with internal clients related to format, procedures, coding and machine operations. The Advisor may be called on to adapt or develop procedures or routines for work. They will act as a resource to more junior staff members and may train or check the work of others. Responsible for maintenance of the scanning equipment and serves as the contact for scanning issues.

• Preparing, scanning, and indexing documents.
• Perform quality control procedures.
• Scan on demand: processing files quickly for customer access.
• Set up new scan projects.
• Daily care of scanners: ex: cleaning, notify IT for replacing consumables.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving to resolve issues.
• Handling customer concerns.
• Maintain inter-office paperwork.
• Assist in other areas of operations upon request.
• Work with team members from other departments to accomplish tasks.
• Process returned mail as needed.

Job Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Proficient with 10 key calculator.
• Ability to maintain record order and sequence.
• Ability to focus on the same task for a long periods of time.
• Must be able to sit/stand approximately 8 hours a day.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, both verbal and written.
• Quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are a must.
• Must be able to lift/carry/push up to 10 pounds daily, and occassionally up to 50 pounds.
• Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

• 2+ years of data entry experience.
• 1+ years of Symitar experience.
• Proficiency in AX.
• 2+ years’ general clerical experience.
