Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and computer systems.
* Review and verify data for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies as required.
* Maintain data integrity by performing regular quality checks and ensuring all information is current and complete.
* Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
* Generate reports and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
* Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and client information.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Data Input Clerk, Data Entry Operator, or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as part of a team.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
