  • Participate in post-testing review meetings to document lessons learned and process improvements.
  • Perform regression testing after configuration changes to ensure no impact to previous logic.
  • Collaborate with Analyst II to validate transformation logic under complex scenarios or overrides.

Client Communication and Onboarding Support – 20%

  • Participate in technical onboarding calls to clarify file structures and system mapping requirements.
  • Confirm understanding of client data structures and document assumptions or open questions.

  • Clarify system behaviors for custom or complex logic fields and offer alternatives when necessary.
  • Help clients interpret system validation feedback and revise file formatting as needed.
  • Track communication history and ensure all client logic decisions are documented.
  • Maintain consistent, technically accurate communication with both client and internal teams.
  • Review file content with client contacts and confirm transformation design aligns with their expectations.
  • Communicate risks or edge cases early in onboarding to ensure expectations are managed.

Production Support and Issue Resolution – 15%

  • Troubleshoot ingestion failures by reviewing file content, mapping rules, and transformation logs.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets involving configuration mismatches, invalid data formats, or field logic gaps.
  • Coordinate with Production Support to hand off background on non-standard transformation behavior.
  • Review system monitoring reports and error queues to detect trends in recurring data problems.
  • Update known issues in lender profiles and documentation sites for reference by support teams.
  • Validate post-deployment data imports to confirm production alignment with test results.
  • Assist with file modifications or transformations as client files evolve post-go-live.
  • Escalate persistent issues to Analyst II or QA with documented troubleshooting history.
  • Monitor ingestion health and performance post-launch to detect degradation or latency.
  • Document resolution steps and lessons learned from post-implementation support events.

Documentation and Process Improvement – 10%

  • Maintain lender-specific documentation for mapping logic, transformation details, and exception handling.
  • Ensure consistency and completeness in internal documentation repositories.
  • Contribute to internal process documents including configuration walkthroughs and intake guides.
  • Share newly discovered issues and edge cases through team channels or update logs.
  • Participate in team review of standard procedures and propose updates when gaps are identified.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized templates and review checklists.
  • Provide documentation feedback based on implementation experience to improve clarity and usability.
  • Support onboarding of new team members by sharing reference documents and leading walkthroughs.
  • Document variations in configuration for lenders with custom logic to ensure long-term clarity.
