Data Integration Analyst III

Summary of Position:

The Data Integration Analyst III is a senior technical resource responsible for leading complex and high‑risk onboarding efforts, architecting end‑to‑end integration solutions, and serving as the primary escalation point for data integration issues. This role provides department‑wide leadership in process improvement, documentation governance, and technical oversight, while mentoring DIA I and II team members to ensure scalable, consistent, and high‑quality client integrations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Technical Analysis & Solution Architecture

  • Lead technical analysis for complex, multi‑system, or high‑visibility client implementations.
  • Architect solutions across ingestion, data mapping, transformation, validation, and workflow design.
  • Perform deep‑dive analysis, risk assessments, and data modeling for enterprise‑level integrations.
  • Provide final review and sign‑off on technical documentation before engineering handoff
  • Other duties as assigned.


Cross‑Functional & Operational Leadership

  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert and primary escalation point for the DIA team.
  • Partner with Implementation, Product, QA, and Development to resolve complex integration issues.
  • Facilitate feasibility assessments and contribute to new product/change initiatives.
  • Support programming effort estimation and impact analysis

Documentation Governance

  • Own and maintain the structure, accuracy, and quality of the DIA Knowledge Hub.
  • Create and govern department standards, templates, workflow diagrams, and client system documentation.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of technical documentation across all DIAs
  • Other duties as assigned.


Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Lead implementation of standardized workflows, reusable templates, and integration enhancements.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor DIA I and II team members through structured training and technical coaching.
  • Provide guidance in advanced topics such as Linux, data modeling, and troubleshooting.
  • Support delivery planning, resource allocation, and team readiness.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:


Education:

✓ Bachelor’s Degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields


Experience and Skills:

✓4–6+ years of strong experience in data integration, technical analysis, or enterprise implementations.

✓Expert understanding of InfoIMAGE product suite, workflow architecture, and data ingestion models.

✓Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross‑functional communication skills.

✓High proficiency in SQL, Linux/Unix, SFTP, and multi‑system data workflows.

✓Experience with automation or workflow optimization strongly preferred

✓Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


Time Management & Organizational Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.


Physical Requirements:

✓ Multi-limb and eye-hand coordination

✓ Able to stand, bend, reach, stoop and lift boxes up to 10 lbs.

✓ Fast pace / multi-tasking with organization and efficiency

✓ Able to sit at a desk, working on a computer for extended periods.
✓ Able to communicate effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
✓ Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
