Overview
We are looking for a multi-skilled technical professional to help us automate ROI reporting, integrate client systems, and drive process automation using both traditional tools and AI-based solutions.
This is not a “build once and hand over” job — it’s an ongoing, evolving role where I will be:

• Managing live integrations.
• Troubleshooting data issues.
• Onboarding new clients.
• Constantly researching, testing, and implementing new automation opportunities to make our business faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• API integration (REST, JSON) and data transformation.
• Python scripting for automation and ETL tasks.
• Experience with CRM/marketing platforms (preferably GoHighLevel).
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Experience with appointment/booking systems like Zanotti.
• Exposure to AI/LLM tools for workflow automation.
• VBA for Excel/Google Sheets automation.
