Position Summary
We are seeking a Data Integration Developer and Analyst to support data integration, automation, and reporting initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining ETL processes, SQL reporting solutions, data imports/exports, and system automation while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large data sets, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with operational teams, and communicating effectively with both internal users and clients.
What You'll Do

Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes, SQL queries, and automated data workflows

Write and test scripts for data imports, exports, conversions, and integrations

Analyze and validate data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and performance

Create and maintain SQL reports, stored procedures, database triggers, and related processes

Support and maintain data warehouse processes and reporting environments

Troubleshoot data-related issues and resolve support tickets in a timely manner

Collaborate with operational and technical teams to diagnose issues and improve workflows

Assist with system implementations, data mapping, and gap analysis activities

Document processes, workflows, and technical procedures

Monitor system processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Participate in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field

3+ years of experience working with relational databases, data transformation, or ETL processes

Strong SQL experience, including query development, stored procedures, and data analysis

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server tools such as SSMS, SSRS, and/or SSIS
-
Experience troubleshooting and validating large data sets

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with scripting or automation tools (NET, VBA, WinBatch, or similar)

Advanced Excel skills including macros, queries, and complex formulas

Experience with healthcare data or healthcare software platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech

Familiarity with HIPAA-regulated environments

Experience with FACS, Crystal Reports, or Finvi Analytics

Experience supporting financial or operational reporting environments
Pay Range: $85,000-$110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday - Friday, generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Additional hours may occasionally be to support deployments, troubleshooting, or project deadlines.
