Master Works is seeking for a Data Management Consultant to design and implement data management strategies, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle practices to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and business value across the organization.
The Data Management Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, governance teams, and technical teams to establish governance frameworks, improve data quality, and drive enterprise-wide data management initiatives aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Assess current data governance practices and define clear roadmaps for governance and data management improvements.
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures to improve data quality, consistency, accessibility, and compliance.
- Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to define data stewardship roles, responsibilities, and accountability models.
- Conduct data quality assessments and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor compliance with data governance policies and measure the effectiveness of governance initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of data governance principles, standards, and best practices.
- Support data lifecycle management initiatives including data classification, retention, privacy, and security practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure governance alignment across systems, platforms, and business processes.
- Support the implementation and adoption of data governance tools and technologies.
- Prepare governance reports, recommendations, and improvement plans for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data privacy regulations.
- Hands-on experience conducting data quality assessments and governance maturity evaluations.
- Familiarity with data governance tools, technologies, and enterprise data management practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
