Responsibilities

• Develops sirar data strategy and ensure having clear roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Participates in developing data management framework requirements of master data, data quality and architecture.
• Participates in developing data governance processes and improvements to meet organizational needs.
• Ensures implementing data management policies and procedures.
• Manages data quality program and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensures data management program and related projects to achieve data strategic objectives.
• Ensures a proper execution for data change management program.
• Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Preferred: Certifications such as CDMP, CIPP or CIPM

Required Skills

• Good understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
• Experience in data quality, metadata management, and data lifecycle practices
• Understanding of PDPL and data privacy requirements
• Familiarity with data sharing processes and governance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Purview)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau

Experience:

5 – 7 years in relevant experience.
