Growing Legal Services Company located in Woodbury, NY is currently seeking a Full Time Data Management Legal Assistant

The position involves heavy data entry and demands excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

* E-Filings - Court Filings
* Data entry / handling legal documents
* Organize and Keep track of files across the dept.
* Photocopy / scan documents
* Receive and place telephone calls
* Assist the dept. manager with other tasks as required.

Requirements:

* Strong data entry skills
* Must have excellent attention to detail
* Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
* Solid communication skills both written and verbal
* Organized and reliable.

Previous Experience in a Process Service Agency - A Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
