Data Management Senior Analyst- Emirati Talent

• Implement a holistic data management strategy, aligning it with the broader objectives of the learning department
• Ensure compliance with data management policies, processes, and procedures, integrating best practices to foster operational precision.
• Coordinate with Data and Digital team to align data strategy and framework, which encompasses data architecture and system integrations
• Uphold the integrity and security of data, managing its lifecycle from collection and cleansing to storage and dissemination, adhering rigorously to the organization knowledge management policies.
• Ensure systematic access rights to systems and datasets for relevant stakeholders, complying strictly with data security and governance standards to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Engage with multiple functions within the sector, facilitating access to clean, organized data that supports their initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data management tools and practices, ensuring they align with evolving needs and global best practices.
• Help foster an organizational culture that prioritizes data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for all relevant functions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or a related field
• Min of 4+ years of relevant experience in data governance, management, or related fields.
