Data Manager is critical in ensuring our product data and pricing information are always accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for managing product listings, maintaining website data, and ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product data, including descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
• Utilize Excel to manage large datasets, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and updates.
• Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancy

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Work Location: On-site
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data management or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and macros.
• Experience with Oracle’s NetSuite OS a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or content management systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML or website content management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
