Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Miner with 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate data mining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and maintaining real estate–related data to support sales, marketing, and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect real estate data from online portals, websites, and other sources
• Research property listings, brokers, builders, owners, and investors
• Maintain and update property data including location, pricing, area, and contact details
• Organize and manage data using Excel, Google Sheets .
• Ensure data accuracy, remove duplicates, and verify information regularly
• Identify new real estate projects and upcoming developments
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports
• Share accurate and updated data with sales and marketing teams
• Handle confidential information responsibly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0- 1 year of experience in real estate data mining or data research
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong online research and data extraction skills
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate brokerage, developer firms, or property consulting
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
