Zcodia Technologies is looking for a smart, detail-driven Data & MIS Intern to work directly with the CEO’s Office.

Role Overview

· As a Data & MIS Intern attached to the CEO’s Office, you will play a central role in how information flows across the company.

· You will work with different departments, capture and organize critical business data, analyze performance trends, and prepare dashboards and insights that guide leadership decisions.

· This is a high-visibility role perfect for someone who is structured, analytical, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Data Capture & Management

• Collect data from all departments — HRD, Marketing, Tech, Operations, Sales
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily/weekly trackers
• Clean, format, and consolidate data from multiple sources

Data Analytics & Insights

• Analyze key performance metrics
• Identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies
• Prepare actionable insights for management review
• Support monthly and weekly MIS reporting

Data Presentation & Reporting

• Build dashboards (Google Sheets / Excel / Zoho Analytics / Tableau)
• Present structured MIS reports to the CEO’s Office
• Create visual summaries for decision-making
• Assist in building performance scorecards

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with all departments to collect required inputs
• Ensure timely submission of MIS from each function
• Follow up and maintain discipline in reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for special analytics requests

Who Should Apply

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, Commerce, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of Zoho Analytics / Tableau / Power BI (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Hunger to learn and take ownership
• Interest in working closely with leadership
