Data & Operations Analyst I BWS-KSA - Riyadh

About the role

Balich Wonder Studio is a global creative and events company delivering extraordinary live experiences. As our KSA operation grows, so does the volume of data we generate, across bids, projects, systems, and teams.

The Data & Operations Analyst sits at the intersection of operations, business development, and marketing. You will structure information, build dashboards, extract intelligence from procurement platforms, and ensure the right people have the right data at the right time.

You will operate across two reporting lines: the Process & Digital System Manager on data infrastructure and bid operations, and the Growth Supervisor on marketing analytics and social media performance. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who thinks in systems, uses AI as a daily multiplier, and is energised by variety.

Key Responsibilities

Data, Bid Intelligence & Reporting

— Extract, structure, and track data from procurement portals (Oracle, SAP Ariba, Etimad, and similar platforms).

— Support the bid process by breaking down RFPs, pulling key data points on scope, deliverables, timelines, and eligibility criteria.

— Act as the internal data focal point for all active bids, tracking statuses, deadlines, and outcomes in a master dashboard.

— Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of the pipeline, win rates, and bid performance.

— Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all internal records, client registrations, and submissions.

— Maintain client documentation across all registered platforms, ensuring legal documents, certificates, and company profiles are always current.

Operations, Systems & Automation

— Support day-to-day operational tasks for the Process & Digital System Manager, ensuring Airtable and connected systems are fed accurately and on time.

— Manage and update internal databases in Airtable, keeping records structured, clean, and current.

— Identify opportunities to reduce manual lift by applying AI tools to repetitive tasks, in collaboration with the Process & Digital System Manager.

— Help document workflows, build data templates, and identify process improvements as the team scales.

— Handle new client and portal registrations end to end when requested by leadership.

Marketing Analytics & Social Media Operations

— Own the operational running of the company's social media platforms, primarily Instagram, using tools such as Emplifi or Sprout Social.

— Build performance dashboards and monthly reports tracking content reach, engagement, audience growth, and campaign ROI.

— Coordinate the content calendar with the Growth team and ensure consistent execution across channels.

— Act as community manager, monitoring engagement, responding to inbound messages, and surfacing relevant conversations to the Growth team.

— Support the Growth Supervisor on ad hoc analytics, market intelligence, and reporting needs.

Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years in data analysis, operations, marketing analytics, or a coordination role with a strong data component. Events, media, or related industries are a plus.

Power BI or Equivalent: Mandatory. Strong command of Power BI for dashboard building, data modelling, and basic DAX.

AI Fluency: Mandatory. Fully integrated into the AI world from an end user perspective. You use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools daily as a multiplier across research, writing, analysis, and problem-solving. Confident with prompt design, comparing outputs across models, and knowing which tool to reach for in which situation. Actively curious about new AI tools as they emerge.

Procurement Portals: Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP Ariba, Etimad, or similar platforms for data extraction, registration, and reporting.

Tools: Advanced Excel and Airtable. Comfort with at least one social media management platform such as Emplifi or Sprout Social.

Analytical Thinking: Able to read a dense document, an RFP, a brief, a market report, and extract what actually matters.

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Cross-Functional Range: Comfortable switching between bid operations in the morning and social media analytics in the afternoon without losing sharpness.

Mindset: Organized, energetic, tech-savvy, naturally wired to think in systems, structures, and patterns. Excited by tools, not intimidated by them.

Education: Degree in Data Science, Analytics, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
