About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Operator to manage and maintain our business data accurately and efficiently. The role involves data entry, record maintenance, and ensuring information is updated across our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when found.
- Organize, store, and retrieve data as per company requirements.
- Prepare and generate reports when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email).
- Typing speed of at least 25–30 words per minute.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with focus.
- Previous experience in data entry / back-office work is a plus but not mandatory.
