3. Responsibilities:
A. Data Entry & Management
- Enter data accurately into company systems, software, and spreadsheets.
- Update, maintain, and verify data records.
- Ensure zero errors and high data accuracy.
B. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain digital & physical records in an organized manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Assist in document scanning, uploading, and file management.
C. System Operations
- Operate computers, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP, or company-specific software.
- Generate reports from systems/software when required.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of data entry issues.
D. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with various departments to collect required data.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing letters, lists, and forms.
- Provide timely information to supervisors/managers.
E. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow company policies.
- Check for duplicate or incorrect entries and correct them.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
4. Skills Required
- Good typing speed (min 30–40 wpm preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
5. Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Computer course or diploma is an advantage.
6. Experience
- 0–3 years’ experience in data entry or office computer operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,386.74 - ₹18,333.00 per month
