Data Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain customer details in the database accurately.
• Record sales, inquiries, and service-related information systematically.
• Generate reports on customer trends, sales, and inventory as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all customer data.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for data-driven insights.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in CRM management and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or data management (retail experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of jewellery products and showroom operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
