Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain customer details in the database accurately.
- Record sales, inquiries, and service-related information systematically.
- Generate reports on customer trends, sales, and inventory as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all customer data.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for data-driven insights.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in CRM management and customer follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or data management (retail experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of jewellery products and showroom operations is an advantage.
