Role Description
We are looking for a professional and organized individual to manage our primary communication and order entry systems. You will be the first point of contact for clients calling our UAN number, responsible for professional call routing and the accurate creation of sales orders within our Odoo CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• UAN Management: Attend and respond to all incoming calls on the company UAN promptly and professionally.
• Call Routing: Identify caller needs and efficiently forward calls to the concerned departments (Sales, Accounts, Technical Support, etc.).
• Odoo CRM Operations: Accurately create and update Sales Orders in the Odoo CRM system based on customer requests.
• Lead Tracking: Log customer interactions and inquiries to ensure no sales lead is missed.
• Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure order details are clear and processed according to company standards.

Key Requirements:

• Odoo Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Odoo or ERP (specifically Sales and CRM modules) is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional telephone etiquette.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with UAN/PABX systems and call forwarding procedures.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle calls while simultaneously documenting information in the CRM.
• Education: Inter or Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with technical knowledge and experience in customer dealings related to machines or industrial equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
