Data & Performance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data & Performance Manager who can extract data from multiple platforms, analyze it deeply, and convert insights into clear targets and action plans. This role is critical for improving efficiency, tracking performance, and driving growth across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Extraction & Management

• Extract data from existing platforms (CRM, ERP, marketing tools, Excel/Sheets, internal systems, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness.
• Build and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and performance issues.
• Provide detailed insights on team productivity, sales, operations, and field activities.
• Translate raw data into meaningful, decision-ready reports for management.

Target Setting & Performance Tracking

• Set realistic, data-backed targets for teams and individuals.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for each department.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly performance against targets.
• Highlight risks early and recommend corrective actions.

Strategy & Improvement

• Work closely with leadership to support planning and growth strategies.
• Identify process improvements based on data findings.
• Support incentive plans, productivity improvement, and efficiency tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with HR, operations, marketing, and field teams.
• Ensure teams understand targets and performance metrics.
• Support reviews, audits, and performance meetings.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in data analysis, MIS, business intelligence, or performance management.
• Strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Experience working with CRMs, internal platforms, or databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex data in simple business terms.
• Experience in target setting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio.
• SQL knowledge or automation experience.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, field operations, or sales-driven businesses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
