About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Platforms Engineer (Data Warehouse) to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing data warehouse platforms using modern cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing scalable data models, developing robust data pipelines, and ensuring smooth data operations including L3 production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data warehouse solutions.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt and Airflow.
• Work with Snowflake and Google BigQuery for data modeling, transformation, and optimization.
• Ensure high data quality, availability, and performance across platforms.
• Provide L3 data engineering support, troubleshooting production issues and optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Document architecture, data flows, and process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in dbt for data transformations.
• Experience with Airflow for orchestration and workflow management.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Good understanding of cloud-based data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in L3 support for data pipelines and warehouse environments.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Databricks and Spark-based data processing.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for data environments.
• Familiarity with data governance, cataloging, and observability tools.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per day
