What Do We Expect From Our New Team Member?
1. Data Lake & Architecture Setup and Management

Build a centralized data lake integrating all enterprise sources (SAP, SQL, PI, Excel, etc.)

Manage data transfer, modeling, and access using Microsoft Fabric tools

Design reusable semantic models tailored to business unit needs
2. Self-Service BI & Data Provisioning

Provide self-service data access through tools like Power BI and Jupyter

Oversee data security and user authorization in access layers
-
Establish training and support processes to enhance data literacy
3. Data Governance & Quality

Define data ownership, dictionaries, and catalog structures

Promote a single verified source of truth

Create and monitor quality metric frameworks to identify and track data issues
4. Data Intelligence & Analytics

Mature analytics project ideas within the organization

Lead reporting and ETL development activities

Conduct business analysis processes with internal teams
