As Esan; Production has started in 1978 with the production of industrial raw materials with our understanding of sustainable mining that is sensitive to people, the environment and the future. At 2009, metallic minerals have also been included in our portfolio. Esan has 12 locations in Turkey and 4 offices abroad. Our products are exported to more than 50 countries. What Do We Expect From Our New Team Member?

1. Data Lake & Architecture Setup and Management

• Build a centralized data lake integrating all enterprise sources (SAP, SQL, PI, Excel, etc.)
• Manage data transfer, modeling, and access using Microsoft Fabric tools
• Design reusable semantic models tailored to business unit needs

2. Self-Service BI & Data Provisioning

• Provide self-service data access through tools like Power BI and Jupyter
• Oversee data security and user authorization in access layers
• Establish training and support processes to enhance data literacy

3. Data Governance & Quality

• Define data ownership, dictionaries, and catalog structures
• Promote a single verified source of truth
• Create and monitor quality metric frameworks to identify and track data issues

4. Data Intelligence & Analytics

• Mature analytics project ideas within the organization
• Lead reporting and ETL development activities
• Conduct business analysis processes with internal teams

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• Successfully integrated 10+ data sources to establish a centralized Data Lake
• At least 6 years of experience in the relevant field
• Enabled self-service access for over 150 business users
• Automated data cataloging processes, increasing usage and delivering measurable results
• Previously developed an analytics roadmap and embedded data strategy into company culture at the executive level
• Very good written and spoken English knowledge
