Job Title: Data Privacy Operations Specialist – PDPL Compliance

Location: Onsite – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: Min 5+ years in Data Privacy Operations | 10+ years overall professional experience Duration: 6–9 months project (extendable)
Start Date: Immediate (post client onboarding)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support implementation of PDPL and NDMO requirements across business functions.


  • Conduct RoPA, PIAs for Processes and Systems, and oversee Consent & Cookie Management operations.


  • Manage Data Sharing Agreements, Third-Party Privacy Risk Assessments, and Breach Response workflows.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders on process documentation, integration of privacy controls, and operational rollout.


  • Support BI teams in developing PDPL dashboards using Informatica, Power BI, and related tools.


  • Assist in the design and delivery of training and awareness programs across user groups.


  • Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, and delivery of bilingual documentation (Arabic/English).


Requirements


  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s PDPL and global privacy regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with RoPA, PIAs, Consent Management, and data governance tools (e.g., Informatica, Securiti.ai).
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Prior experience delivering in high-governance environments (Banking/Financial Services preferred)
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
