Data & Process Analyst

Twisted X Inc. is seeking a detail oriented Data & Process Analyst to enhance operational efficiency across the organization. This role focuses on improving data entry, reporting, and automation, particularly within Finance and Accounts Payable workflows.
The ideal candidate is hands on, enjoys building practical solutions, and excels at translating business needs into actionable reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics and Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring analytics using Excel and BI tools.
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting for Finance, Operations, Sales, and leadership teams.
• Translate business questions into structured reporting and data insights.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data across systems and reports.
• Support ad hoc analytical needs as requested.
• Process Improvement and Automation.
• Reduce manual data entry in Accounts Payable through workflow optimization and automation.
• Improve reporting and processes for vendor data, invoices, and finance operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring manual reporting and operational tasks.
• Enhance data flow and system utilization across ERP and finance related platforms.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and data definitions.
• Work collaboratively with end users to refine and implement process enhancements.
• Success Indicators (First 6 Months)
• Significant reduction in manual AP data entry due to workflow improvements or automation.
• Standardized, reliable, and well documented financial and operational reports.
• Recurring manual reports automated or substantially streamlined.
• Stakeholders consistently utilize reporting deliverables in decision making.
• Key data processes and definitions clearly documented and easy to support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Two to five years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI reporting tools.
• Experience working with operational or finance related data.
• Hands on, results driven approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with ERP or financial systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Exposure to Accounts Payable, vendor data, or accounting workflows.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes.
