POSITION SUMMARY:
Works closely with the Data Process manager and Director of IT-Applications to manage implementations, integrations, and reporting projects and requirements. Organizes meetings with internal business partners to define project scope, timelines, and requests for deliverables. Operates as a subject matter expert on core enterprise system infrastructure. Works with cross-functional business partners to ensure that business processes are aligned with enterprise implementations efforts. Identifies opportunities for business process automation projects that support strategic enterprise objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend team strategic planning sessions as needed.
- Analyzing and mapping current data structures to new system requirements.
- Staying updated on emerging analytical tools, AI trends, and best practices
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Project Management, or other related discipline.
Further Training - Project management or certification preferred. Awareness of Agile Scrum methodologies
Professional Experience -
- Minimum of five years of overall progressive broad-based business and information systems experience, including hands-on ERP applications and project implementation experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a project management or project data analyst role.
- Experience in the design and documentation of business reports using Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting.
- Experience leading data governance and data process improvement projects
Computer Skills -
- PC proficiency to include (but not limited to) Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge with SQL Server and Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization software.
- Strong understanding of software infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques to assess data.
- Expertise with Yardi Voyager preferred.
Mobility - Occasional travel to other company locations and industry conferences.

- Knowledge of business process improvement efforts for process automation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and flexibility to handle changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000
