About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to support our Strategic Growth and Analytics team in Princeton, NJ. In this role, you will help maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of high-value commercial data that supports patient access, specialty distribution, hub services, and field teams. Your work ensures our cross-functional partners have trusted data to support targeting and sales performance, prescriber engagement, and product performance in the rare disease ecosystem. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in the assigned location.

This position is within ANI's Rare Disease business, which commercializes Cortrophin Gel, a specialty pharmaceutical product used to treat patients with a variety of auto-immune and other conditions including multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute gouty arthritis, and nephrotic syndrome, as well as Iluvien, an implantable ophthalmic device for the treatment of Diabetic Macular Edema and Non-Infectious Uveitis affecting the Posterior Segment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations on patient support hub and specialty pharmacy data feeds.
  • Review customer master data, including HCP/HCO identifiers, ensuring records are accurate, deduplicated, and properly attributed.
  • Monitor and validate data deliveries from specialty pharmacies, hubs, distribution partners, and third-party aggregators to ensure timely and complete ingestion.
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to internal inquiries related to data quality and reporting
  • Assist in generating recurring data quality reports that support patient services, access teams, distribution operations, and commercial leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members and external vendors to improve data intake processes, standardization, and validation rules specific to specialty pharmacy and rare disease workflows.
  • Work within the highly regulated environment in which ANI operates, and constantly uphold ANI’s corporate policies and values, especially as it relates to the development and dissemination of information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Skills

  • Knowledge of database infrastructure, with experience working with and writing SQL queries
  • Proficiency with Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables, data cleansing).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex, high-volume data.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, analytics tools, and technologies.
  • Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving, leveraging strong business acumen to translate data insights into business strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while requiring minimal supervision, adapt well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks to achieve established deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills, and ability to interact effectively with/present to (verbally and in writing) all functions and levels within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of work experience within a healthcare environment, for example a healthcare focused consulting firm or a pharmaceutical company.
  • Preference for candidates with knowledge of customer master data (e.g. Veeva Network) and/or patient hub and specialty pharmacy data

The base salary range for this position is $70K-105K ; the exact salary depends on various factors such as experience, skills, education, location, competencies and industry-specific knowledge.
