Data Recovery Technician

RESPONSABILITIES

• Perform data recovery procedures on a variety of media (HDD, SSD, flash drives, smartphones, memory cards, etc.).
• Diagnose device issues and determine the best recovery approach.
• Operate specialized tools and software for data extraction.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and document each case.
• Maintain strict adherence to data security, confidentiality, and internal protocols.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and techniques.
• Communicate technical findings to internal teams when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in data recovery, computer repair, digital forensics, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong understanding of storage device architecture (HDD/SSD/Flash).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami.
• English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as PC-3000, MRT, or similar (strong advantage).
