Data Reporting and Analysis Manager

Job Role: -

Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly P&L Reports for all sales channels - Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly stock consumption reports for all sales channels - Collaborate with Operations and Buying Team to maintain accurate and up to date records for all sales costs including product cost, shipping cost, etc - Analyse Shipping charges weekly to create claim files for incorrect charges incurred - Analyse Returns and Refunds data to create defect rate reports for issues incurred - Work with E-Commerce Senior Manager to compile final monthly Gross P&L reports - Periodically check data and calculations to find incorrect or outdated costs to ensure accuracy

Qualifications Required:

- Proficient in Excel. Able to create and use X/V Look ups and Macros for reporting and presenting data - Background in data reporting and analysis - Previous experience collaborating across departments to gather data and present to the E-commerce Team, Operations team, or Buying Team
