Data & Reporting Specialist

Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.

We are looking for Data & Reporting Specialist for our company, leading in Turkish gaming industry. The position reports to Business Planning & Development Senior Manager.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Job Description

• Determination of needs and opportunity areas in line with customer analysis, channel management, POS performance and potential analysis,
• Processing the raw data from the related systems, building daily, weekly and monthly follow-up reports,
• Interpretation of the data, present it to business units and board of directors in line with the strategic goals of the company,
• Reporting region, province, sales channel, point of sale, product group and product performance indicators,
• Forecasting monthly sales target of POS in product and product group base,
• To contribute to projects that increase efficiency, sales and profitability,
• Analyzing the report / dashboard needs of the business units, projecting these needs, transferring them to the relevant units, ensuring that the necessary development and tests are carried out,
• Control that the data is up-to-date, complete, accurate and consistent with accurate report techniques and performing necessary corrective and preventive actions,
• Determining performance indicators (KPI) that will enable process analysis and improve processes and develop application / control / analysis / reporting methods,
• Calculating the Sales Team and POS Bonus payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from the Universities (Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economy, Labor Economics),
• Min. 1 - 3 years of job experience,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint ,
• Analytical and reporting skills ,
• Passion to adopt new tools and technologies,
• Written and presentation skills in English,
• Good written and verbal communication skills,
• Well disciplined, planning, and the ability to follow advanced,
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
