Data Research Executive

Seamless Speciality Food & Beverages is hiring an experienced Market Data & Research Analyst to support our agro-commodities trading operations in Chennai. (Note: Candidates from IT, Banking, Financial Services, or unrelated sectors will NOT be considered, We are looking for specifically trade data research.)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on agro commodities: rice, maize, broken rice, malt, grains, cereals.
Track daily market prices, demand–supply trends, and competitor activities.
Collect and analyze data from mandis, suppliers, traders, mills, and distilleries.
Prepare weekly and monthly market intelligence reports.
Support procurement and sales teams with real-time market updates.
Maintain MIS reports, datasets, pricing sheets, and market trackers.Identify new sourcing zones, suppliers, and trading opportunities.

Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant experience in agro commodities research / market analysis / procurement support.
Strong knowledge of food grains, grain pricing, mandi markets, commodity trends.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis.Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment.
